Further gift to help victims of war

At this most apposite time of year a further donation of £845 has been sent to the Church Congo Association.  This is from the Bishop's Lenten Appeal for the Diocese of North Kivu and is in addition to £4000 sent in September.

Mothers' Union president in North Kivu, Phoebe Kayeeye, has sent grateful thanks and lists of items which they are now able to purchase.  They are truly overwhelmed by the generosity of the people of Manchester Diocese and give thanks to God for this help.
