The shop at Church House, 90 Deansgate is situated on the fifth floor. We are open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10.00am to 2.00pm.

We stock cards for every occasion, Mothers’ Union stationery, prayer books and gifts.

Ordering from the catalogue

Catalogues showing the wonderful range of cards, books, gifts, stationery and jewellery are sent out twice a year with Families First and also this year with the July branch mailing. Extra copies will be available from the shop.

The shop is open on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 10.00am to 2.00pm, and is manned by volunteers. Volunteers are always needed and if members would like more information please ring the office or shop or leave your name and telephone number on the answer phone and we shall ring you back.

All items in the catalogue may be ordered from the shop or online at http://www.mueshop.org. The new website has a great advanced search facility. If you order online please ensure that you insert ‘Manchester’ as the diocese so that we benefit from your order in our profit-related grant.

The Shop is also the place to call for leaflets, for anniversary of baptism cards, and to see what materials are available to enliven displays in your church, community hall, local library.

Browse, borrow or order resouces produced by Mothers' Union for group discussion, use with young people or in schools.

Also publications to use at times of baptism or wedding preparation.

Mothers' Union in the Diocese of Blackburn sells navy ties bearing a small logo for the Mothers' Union Supporters' Club. These make a great gift for the supportive man in your life - and the membership card even entitles him to a free cup of tea and Mothers' Union events!
