Zipping into Literacy

Published: 30 August 2013

Six members, including our Diocesan President Catherine are preparing for the’ jump of a lifetime’ in the name of Mothers’ Union. On Sunday 13 October they will zip wire 250m across the Manchester Ship Canal from the Air Shard at the Imperial War Museum landing in front of the Lowry. The aim is to raise awareness of Mothers’ Union showing that we are active and enjoy having fun at any age or ability. Also to raise funds for the Literacy project and Wheels Appeal.
